Philadelphus hirsutus merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Hydrangeaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Amerika Serikat bagian tenggara. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan streambank mock orange. Nama ilmiah Philadelphus hirsutus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Thomas Nuttall pada tahun 1818.
