Phlomis elliptica adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Lamiaceae (suku nilam-nilaman). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Iran barat dan selatan. Nama ilmiah Phlomis elliptica pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis George Bentham pada tahun 1834.
