Phlomoides labiosa merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Lamiaceae (suku nilam-nilaman). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Iran timur laut hingga Asia tengah dan Pakistan. Nama ilmiah Phlomoides labiosa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Alexander Andrejewitsch von Bunge pada tahun 1987.
