Phlomoides macrophylla merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Lamiaceae (suku nilam-nilaman). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Pakistan hingga Himalaya dan India (Punjab). Nama ilmiah Phlomoides macrophylla pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis George Bentham pada tahun 1990.
