Phlomoides rotata merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Lamiaceae (suku nilam-nilaman). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Himalaya tengah hingga China. Nama ilmiah Phlomoides rotata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis George Bentham pada tahun 2011.
