Phlox alyssifolia subsp. collina merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Polemoniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Montana. Nama ilmiah Phlox alyssifolia subsp. collina pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Per Axel Rydberg pada tahun 1944.
