Phlox andicola subsp. parvula adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Polemoniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Montana tenggara hingga South Dakota. Nama ilmiah Phlox andicola subsp. parvula pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Edgar Theodore Wherry pada tahun 1955.
