Phlox diffusa subsp. longistylis merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Polemoniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kanada barat hingga Nevada utara. Nama ilmiah Phlox diffusa subsp. longistylis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Edgar Theodore Wherry pada tahun 1938.
