Phlox griseola subsp. tumulosa merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Polemoniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Nevada hingga Utah barat daya. Nama ilmiah Phlox griseola subsp. tumulosa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Edgar Theodore Wherry pada tahun 1956.
