Phlox hoodii subsp. lanata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Polemoniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Amerika Serikat bagian barat. Nama ilmiah Phlox hoodii subsp. lanata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Charles Vancouver Piper pada tahun 1958.
