Phlox hoodii subsp. muscoides merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Polemoniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim dingin (subalpin atau subarktik) di wilayah Amerika Serikat barat dan utara-tengah. Nama ilmiah Phlox hoodii subsp. muscoides pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Thomas Nuttall pada tahun 1956.
