Phlox kelseyi subsp. salina adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Polemoniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Idaho hingga Nevada. Nama ilmiah Phlox kelseyi subsp. salina pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Marcus Eugene Jones pada tahun 1942.
