Phlox multiflora subsp. depressa merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Polemoniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Amerika Serikat barat-tengah. Nama ilmiah Phlox multiflora subsp. depressa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Elias Emanuel Nelson pada tahun 1941.
