Phlox oklahomensis merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Polemoniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kansas hingga Texas dan Arkansas. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan oklahoma phlox. Nama ilmiah Phlox oklahomensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Edgar Theodore Wherry pada tahun 1944.
