Phlox opalensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Polemoniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Wyoming. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan opal phlox. Nama ilmiah Phlox opalensis pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1992.
