Phlox ovata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Polemoniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Amerika Serikat timur. Nama ilmiah Phlox ovata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carolus Linnaeus dalam Species Plantarum tahun 1753.
