Phlox speciosa subsp. nitida merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Polemoniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Washington selatan hingga California utara. Nama ilmiah Phlox speciosa subsp. nitida pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Wilhelm Nikolaus Suksdorf pada tahun 1938.
