Phlox stolonifera adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Polemoniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Amerika Serikat timur. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan creeping phlox. Nama ilmiah Phlox stolonifera pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis John Sims pada tahun 1802.
