Phoebe clemensii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Lauraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Papua. Nama ilmiah Phoebe clemensii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Caroline Kathryn Allen pada tahun 1942.
