Phoebe excelsa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Lauraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Jawa. Di Indonesia tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan nama huru leu-eur, ki jeruk (Sunda), atau wuru janggel (Jawa). Nama ilmiah Phoebe excelsa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Ludwig Blume pada tahun 1836.
