Pholidostachys synanthera subsp. robusta merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Arecaceae (suku pinang-pinangan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kolombia tenggara hingga Peru timur laut. Nama ilmiah Pholidostachys synanthera subsp. robusta pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis James William Helenus Trail pada tahun 2012.
