Phragmanthera exellii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan hemiparasit dari famili Loranthaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menempel pada batang pohon lain (epifit). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Angola timur laut. Nama ilmiah Phragmanthera exellii pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1998.
