Phreatia foveata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Sumatra Utara. Nama ilmiah Phreatia foveata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Cedric Errol Carr pada tahun 1933.
