Phreatia wenzelii merupakan tumbuhan epifit dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Filipina (Leyte). Nama ilmiah Phreatia wenzelii diperkenalkan oleh Oakes Ames pada tahun 1915.
