Phyllagathis rufa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Melastomataceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Kalimantan. Nama ilmiah Phyllagathis rufa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Otto Stapf pada tahun 2003.
