Phyllagathis tuberosa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Melastomataceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Thailand utara. Nama ilmiah Phyllagathis tuberosa pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1997.
