Phyllagathis velutina adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Melastomataceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari China (Yunnan). Nama ilmiah Phyllagathis velutina pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Friedrich Ludwig Emil Diels pada tahun 1984.
