Phyllanthera perakensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Apocynaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Semenanjung Malaysia. Nama ilmiah Phyllanthera perakensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis George King pada tahun 1907.
