Phyllanthus fluitans merupakan tumbuhan semak dari famili Phyllanthaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh di air (hidrofit). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Meksiko (Tabasco), kawasan tropis Amerika selatan. Nama ilmiah Phyllanthus fluitans pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis George Bentham pada tahun 1863.
