Phyllopodium heterophyllum merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Scrophulariaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat daya. Nama ilmiah Phyllopodium heterophyllum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Linnaeus the Younger pada tahun 1836.
