Phylloscirpus deserticola adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim dingin (subalpin atau subarktik) dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Ekuador hingga Argentina barat laut. Nama ilmiah Phylloscirpus deserticola diperkenalkan oleh Rodolfo Amando Philippi pada tahun 2004.
