Phyllostachys nigra (Lodd. ex Lindl.) Munro

Phyllostachys nigra merupakan tumbuhan bambu dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah China (Guizhou, Hunan selatan). Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan black bamboo. Nama ilmiah Phyllostachys nigra pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Joachim Conrad Loddiges pada tahun 1868.
