Physospermopsis muliensis merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Apiaceae (suku adas-adasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim dingin (subalpin atau subarktik) di wilayah China (Sichuan barat daya, Yunnan barat laut). Nama ilmiah Physospermopsis muliensis pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1979.
