Pilea acunae adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Urticaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kuba. Nama ilmiah Pilea acunae diperkenalkan oleh Irina Aleksandrovna Grudzinskaya pada tahun 1983.
