Pilea elliptica adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Urticaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Chili selatan dan selatan-tengah. Nama ilmiah Pilea elliptica diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Joseph Dalton Hooker pada tahun 1846.
