Pilea johnstonii subsp. rwandensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Urticaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Ethiopia barat daya hingga Malawi utara. Nama ilmiah Pilea johnstonii subsp. rwandensis diperkenalkan oleh Ib Friis pada tahun 1988.
