Pilea lageensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Urticaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Tibet. Nama ilmiah Pilea lageensis diperkenalkan oleh Wen Tsai Wang pada tahun 2014.
