Pilea lokohensis merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Urticaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Madagaskar. Nama ilmiah Pilea lokohensis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Jacques Désiré Leandri pada tahun 1963.
