Pilea napoana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Urticaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Ekuador. Nama ilmiah Pilea napoana diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Alexander Gilli pada tahun 1981.
