Pilea nguruensis merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Urticaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Tanzania. Nama ilmiah Pilea nguruensis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Ib Friis pada tahun 2015.
