Pilea truncata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Urticaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Haiti (Massif de la Selle). Nama ilmiah Pilea truncata diperkenalkan oleh Ignatz Urban pada tahun 1926.
