Pilosella triplex merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Alpen timur. Nama ilmiah Pilosella triplex pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis (Gustav) Albert Peter pada tahun 1971.
