Pilosocereus quadricentralis merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Cactaceae (suku kaktus-kaktusan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Meksiko (Oaxaca, Chiapas). Nama ilmiah Pilosocereus quadricentralis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Elmer Yale Dawson pada tahun 1960.
