Pimpinella physotrichioides merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Apiaceae (suku adas-adasan) yang memiliki siklus hidup dua musim (biennial). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Rep. Afrikan Tengah. Nama ilmiah Pimpinella physotrichioides pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Cecil Norman pada tahun 1937.
