Pinguicula bissei merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Lentibulariaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kuba timur. Nama ilmiah Pinguicula bissei diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Siegfried Jost Casper pada tahun 2004.
