Pinguicula ehlersiae merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Lentibulariaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Meksiko timur laut. Nama ilmiah Pinguicula ehlersiae diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Franz Speta pada tahun 1982.
