Pinguicula gypsicola adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Lentibulariaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menempel pada permukaan bebatuan (litofit). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Meksiko (San Luis Potosí). Nama ilmiah Pinguicula gypsicola pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Townshend Stith Brandegee pada tahun 1911.
