Pinguicula orchidioides merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Lentibulariaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko (Guerrero, Oaxaca), hingga Guatemala. Nama ilmiah Pinguicula orchidioides diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Alphonse Louis Pierre Pyrame de Candolle pada tahun 1844.
