Piper anisophyllum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Piperaceae (suku sirih-sirihan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kosta Rika. Nama ilmiah Piper anisophyllum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis William Trelease pada tahun 1929.
