Piper relictum merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Piperaceae (suku sirih-sirihan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah India (Maharashtra). Nama ilmiah Piper relictum pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 2012.
